          The skills that all teacher should have are the vocation and the passion of what they are doing.

          Become a teacher is a hard task, but if a person really love teach and have the habilities to make students come more interested about it is the vocation. This hability is the most important in teachers because of that ,the knowledge that teachers are releacing, students will get it more easy. Vocation imply many skills of good teaching. For example we have some teachers that enchant students and they feel the passion and the enthusiasm of the teacher. The most important skills of good teaching are vocation and passion.

          Another important capibility is the dedication to make a nice environment in the class for students. Teachers should be entertained and relation story telling about the topic of the class. Also they should be innovative and come with different techniques of teaching. Doing that, students get more interested about the class. Having a good atmosphere in the classroom is a plus point for teachers to get students' attention.

          In addition, teachers must have the hability to be patient and have a good voice tone, with this students don't get sleepy during the class and they will have the confidence if the teacher is patient with them. Some teachers get angry when students ask questions about the class, and this is not good because they are teaching something new to the students. The voice tone is very important too because thanks to that, you can have the attention of the students. If you have a boring voice tone, students will don't pay attention and maybe they will get sleepy and not interested about the class. Patient and voice tone are other important skills to be a good teacher.

          Teachers will have a good development if they love what they are doing, in other words having vocation and passion.
